Production Labourers & Forklift Operators

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced Production Labourers and Forklift Operators for work in Zillmere QLD. 

Working in a clean and well-structured manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for the production and assembly of timber frames and roof trusses, ensuring quality standards and production targets are met.

This is a stable role with consistent hours, overtime available daily and workload not effected by weather. 

Key Responsibilities

General Labourer: 

• Manufacture and assemble timber frames and roof trusses
• Operate production machinery and hand tools safely
• Read and interpret basic plans and measurements
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform manual handling and lifting duties as required
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production schedules

Forklift Operators: 

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks and containers
• Move, stack, and store materials within the warehouse and yard
• Conduct pre-start checks and basic forklift maintenance
• Assist with inventory control and stock movements
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Ability to pass pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screening
• Previous experience in frame and truss manufacturing is highly desirable but not essential
• A strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Current High Risk Work Licence (LF Forklift Licence) - if successful for forklift operator position
• Previous forklift operating experience is preferred but not essential for candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks when required
• Strong awareness of workplace safety practices
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport

What We Can Offer: 

• Highly competitive pay rates | $33.25/hr - $37.50/hr + Penalties (Dependent on role)

• Monday to Thursday 7.00am to 3.30pm, Friday 6.30am to 12.30pm
