CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking experienced Production Labourers to join a leading Frame & Truss manufacturing team in Zillmere QLD. Bring your Frame & Truss, Timber Yard or Timber Manufacturing experience to a fast-paced production environment, assisting with the manufacture, assembly and handling of quality frame and truss products.
Working in a clean and well-structured manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for the production and assembly of timber frames and roof trusses, ensuring quality standards and production targets are met.
This is a stable role with consistent hours, overtime available daily and workload not effected by weather.

Working in a clean and well-structured manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for the production and assembly of timber frames and roof trusses, ensuring quality standards and production targets are met.

Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture and assemble timber frames and roof trusses
- Operate production machinery and hand tools safely
- Read and interpret basic plans and measurements
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform manual handling and lifting duties as required
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production schedules
- Ability to pass pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screening
- Previous experience in frame and truss manufacturing is highly desirable but not essential
- A strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Current High Risk Work Licence (LF Forklift Licence) - highly desirable
- Previous forklift operating experience is preferred but not essential for candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks when required
- Strong awareness of workplace safety practices
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
- Immediate Starts
- Weekly pay
- $33.25/hr - $37.50/hr + Penalties (Dependent on role)
- Monday to Friday day shifts only – no weekends! Enjoy work-life balance with early Friday finishes. Hours: Mon–Thurs 7:00am–3:30pm, Fri 6:30am–12:30pm.
