Due to this growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Gold Coast team.
This client-facing role will see you lead Design & Construct projects from concept through to completion, managing stakeholders, coordinating consultants and design teams, and ensuring successful project delivery across all phases of the project lifecycle.
Having been recognised in the Financial Review Fast 100 and successfully delivered more than 1,000 homes throughout South-East Queensland, the company continues to experience strong growth and maintain a robust pipeline of work.

This is a client-facing role based in the Gold Coast , suited to a construction professional who enjoys managing stakeholder relationships, coordinating consultants and design teams, and driving successful project outcomes across the full project lifecycle.
Working closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors and internal delivery teams, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of Design & Construct projects from design development through to completion.
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout project delivery.
- Coordinate architects, engineers and consultants during the design phase.
- Oversee procurement, programming and project planning activities.
- Manage project budgets, variations and commercial outcomes.
- Drive construction delivery and ensure key project milestones are achieved.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining programme and budget objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and contractual requirements.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry.
- Strong exposure to Design & Construct project delivery.
- Demonstrated success in client management and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience coordinating consultants and managing design development processes.
- Strong commercial, contractual and financial management capability.
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
