We’re looking for a Bike Sales Consultant to join a passionate West Perth team. You’ll help customers find a bike that genuinely fits their lifestyle, commute, family, adventures or everyday needs, whether they’re looking to buy, lease or rent.

You don’t need to know everything about bikes from day one. Curiosity, great people skills and a willingness to learn are what matter.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the person customers turn to when they’re thinking, “Which bike is actually right for me?”

• Understand customer needs and recommend the right bike
• Guide customers through buying, rental and leasing options
• Arrange test rides and explain financial options clearly
• Build genuine relationships, manage follow-ups and customer enquiries
• Maintain accurate documentation and customer information across various systems
• Stay across products, competitors and market trends, while supporting events and working closely with the team to deliver a great customer experience
