Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations
- Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans
- Delivering rehabilitation therapy and recommending environmental modifications
- Collaborating with medical, nursing and allied health teams
- Educating patients and families to support discharge planning and recovery
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience in a hospital setting
- A Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
- Current AHPRA registration
- A current Working with Vulnerable People Check
- A strong commitment to quality patient care and clinical excellence
- Understanding of, and compliance with, ACQSHC National Standards
