Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring product quality, and ensuring production goals are met while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to established procedures.
- Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products.
- Perform routine quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
- Make minor machine adjustments to maintain efficient production.
- Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
- Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to read work instructions and follow written and verbal directions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
