Registered Nurse-Well Child

Stellar Recruitment is partnering with a well-established community health provider seeking a Registered Nurse to join their dedicated child and family health team.

This is an opportunity to step into a rewarding role where you'll build meaningful relationships with tamariki and whānau, providing education, support, health assessments and early intervention services during the critical early years of a child's development.

About Our Role: 

• Supporting tamariki from birth through to five years of age
• Delivering health checks and developmental assessments
• Providing education around nutrition, child development, sleep and wellbeing
• Building trusted relationships with whānau in the community
• Working closely with multidisciplinary healthcare providers
• Promoting positive health outcomes through prevention and early intervention

Skills & Experience

• Registered Nurse with a current NZ APC
• Experience in community, child health, primary care or maternal health nursing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A genuine passion for working with children and whānau
• Full New Zealand driver's licence
• Ability to work independently while remaining part of a supportive team
