We're seeking an experienced Civil Foreman with a strong drainage background to lead crews on civil infrastructure projects across Wellington. This role is drainage-focused, so proven drainage experience is essential. If you don't have extensive drainage experience, this role won't be the right fit.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise drainage crews on site
  • Coordinate daily site activities to ensure projects stay on schedule
  • Oversee trenching, pipe laying, manholes, and underground services
  • Read plans and ensure all drainage works are completed to specification
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality
What we're looking for
  • Extensive drainage experience is essential
  • Previous experience as a Civil Foreman or Leading Hand
  • Proven ability to lead crews on drainage projects
  • Strong knowledge of underground services and civil construction
  • Ability to read plans and manage day-to-day site operations
  • Full Class 1 licence (Class 2 and WTR advantageous)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
