HVAC Site Manager – High-Rise Residential | Sydney

A leading HVAC contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a high-rise residential tower project in Sydney. This is a hands-on role managing all on-site HVAC activities, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance. Thi sis a long-term project which will be running for 1.5 years. 

What you’ll be doing:
  • Manage day-to-day HVAC site operations on a high-rise residential project
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and compliance with safety standards
  • Report to senior management on milestones, issues, and solutions
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience managing HVAC works on high-rise residential projects
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Relevant trade qualifications or engineering background
