Main Purpose of role:
To provide a social work service for service users, and their carers. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, to support the rehabilitation and recovery of service users, to maximise their independence and quality of life and to ensure agreed multidisciplinary care plans are implemented. To work proactively with other agencies to ensure the best outcomes for service users.
Professional Qualifications, Experience, etc.
Social Work Degree with CORU registration
Have the requisite knowledge and ability for the proper discharge of the duties
3 years post grad experience
Irish working rights and residing in Ireland due to immediate start
