About the Opportunity:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Assignment Length: 3+ months
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm (37.5 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Managing full lifecycle of leave cases, approximately 150 active leaves
- Administering employee leave programs including FMLA, short and long-term disability, and more
- Serving as the primary contact for employees and managers during leave processes
- Tracking leave balances and return-to-work timelines
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company policies
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in LOA Management
- High School Diploma / GED
- Deep knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and compliance requirements
- Experience with HRIS systems, like Oracle or ADP
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Certification in LOA management
