Apply directProvide administrative support to the Workers Compensation & Injury Management team in the Safety, Health & Wellbeing Branch including:
· Assisting with lodging Workers Compensation claims with insurer and associated paperwork
· Assisting with return-to-work plans, and correspondence with injured worker including following up on required documentation, certificates etc
· Record keeping and filing for Workers Compensation claims
· Maintain document, audit, and other tracking registers
· Monitor shared inboxes and assist with queries or coordinate responses
Other general administrative duties as they relate to the safety team which could include processing invoices, PPE orders and other safety consumables orders.
