We’re working with an innovative fintech organisation that is embarking on an exciting journey to integrate a newly acquired international business. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced risk professional to lead the charge in embedding robust risk management processes and frameworks that align with the company’s strategic goals.
  
Role:
  • Taking ownership of the risk integration process for the newly acquired business, ensuring alignment with the company’s existing risk frameworks and governance structures.
  • Designing and implementing tailored risk management processes to address unique challenges, such as regulatory obligations, operational resilience, and fraud prevention.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams globally to coordinate integration activities, set clear milestones, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Establishing governance models and escalation pathways to support effective decision-making and oversight.
  • Developing consolidated risk profiles and delivering clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Promoting a culture of risk awareness and accountability within the acquired business.
Experience:
  • A senior risk professional with extensive experience in financial services or fintech.
  • Proven expertise in integrating risk frameworks for new ventures, products, or regions.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to work independently while managing complex, multi-faceted projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across teams and geographies.
