Apply direct The Production Line Specialist is responsible for food manufacturing and processing in an assembly line.
Job Duties
- This position operates the station on a food production line and produces food products within specifications as required on the daily schedule
- Responsible for producing food products within the specified quality requirements
- Follows and promotes Food Safety and practicing and enforcing all GMPs and appropriate food defense techniques
- Monitors products as they are produced to ensure high quality and that product meets all specifications
- Performs duties in a safe manner and comply with all regulations and company policies
- Cleans and sanitizes the production area in the facility
- Informs supervisor and/or manager of any equipment malfunctions or other production issues as they arise
- Must be flexible to work overtime, weekends, and holidays upon occasion
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year or less of applicable job experience
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
- Knowledge of manufacturing procedures and operations preferred

Shifts:
12 hours, 6am to 6pm, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
