- $80k – $100k base salary depending on experience, plus bonus and staff discounts

- Maintaining Health & Safety and HR compliance standards
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience in large-format or multi-site retail
- A proven ability to drive results through people and operational excellence
- Strong commercial acumen and solid organisational skills
- A confident, approachable leadership style with a genuine people-first mindset
- Full NZ working rights
