This dynamic, rapidly expanding, and unique business offers a master data professional the opportunity to take immediate operational ownership, while holding a clear mandate to evolve the role into process improvement and strategic transformation.
This role will suit an organized, process-driven, and resilient candidate with strong stakeholder management skills and an operational mindset.
The main duties of the Master Data Manager:

Take complete ownership of the creation, maintenance, and quality of master data (Items, AP/AR, Vendors/Customers, and Price Groups for global distributors and retailers)

Ensure absolute alignment between physical production flows (factory level) and financial/accounting flows within the ERP

Act as the primary operational troubleshooter, managing daily system queries, data controls, and audit compliance

Collaborate closely with global supply chain and finance teams to optimize month-end efficiency and build robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Support future global system implementations with occasional travel to the US and Asia
The skills, experience, and qualifications required for the Master Data Manager:

Proven, hands-on master data management experience within a production or manufacturing environment (managing complex Bills of Materials, item cards, and routings is essential)

Extensive, practical experience working inside Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (or Dynamics NAV/Navision) is an absolute must

Ability to thrive in a high-volume operational environment, comfortably troubleshooting daily system data issues while maintaining strict attention to detail

Fluent English and Dutch (native or fluent standard is required due to legacy documentation and key local stakeholder relationships)
