The Role
You will lead engineering solutions across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility studies and tooling design to process development and production troubleshooting. Working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, you will apply your composites expertise to solve complex challenges.
What You will Bring
- Substantial hands-on experience with composite manufacturing processes
- Proficiency with relevant engineering tools (CAD, CAM, FEA, etc.)
- The ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
- Strong analytical thinking and a talent for turning ambiguity into clear solutions
Qualifications
- Materials Engineering or other relevant degrees/qualification
- Substantial engineering experience with composite materials
