Summary
- Responsible for identifying business needs and developing technical solutions that meet those needs.
- As a Technical Business Analyst, you'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, analyze data, and develop technical specifications for new projects.
- Analyze business problems and identify opportunities for technical solutions
- Design and implement test plans using tools such as Postman
- Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract insights from databases
- Build detailed requirements documentation from conversations with stakeholders
- Work independently to complete tasks and deliver results in a timely manner
- 3+ years of experience in technical business analysis or a related field
- Proficiency in tools such as Postman and SQL queries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and APIs
- Experience translating business requirements into test plans
- Experience working with version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Certification in technical analysis or a related field (e.g. Certified Business Analyst)
- Experience with SAP Hybris, Hana database and/or data lake or data warehouse exp a plus
- Experience with email service provider systems like Adobe Campaign
