About the Opportunity
TCB Recruitment is partnering with a growing engineering contractor in Kwinana to bring on a blue-collar Recruitment Consultant on a temp-to-perm basis.
With a strong pipeline of maintenance, shutdown and project work, this role is critical to keeping crews mobilised and projects running.
Start on contract, prove your value, and move into a long-term permanent position.
The Role
This is a hands-on, high-volume blue-collar recruitment role focused on trades and site-based positions.
You’ll be in the thick of it — sourcing, screening and mobilising candidates at pace.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing high-volume blue collar recruitment
- Sourcing and placing candidates for immediate starts
- Screening, interviewing and shortlisting site-ready workers
- Coordinating onboarding, medicals, tickets and compliance
- Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines
- Working closely with supervisors and project teams
- Filling urgent roles quickly and efficiently
About You
You thrive in fast-paced environments and understand what it takes to deliver in blue-collar recruitment.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in blue-collar or trades recruitment
- Ability to manage high-volume roles with quick turnaround
- Strong sourcing skills and existing networks (ideal)
- Knowledge of tickets, site requirements and compliance
- A proactive, get-it-done attitude
