AI Data Center Field Engineer (Operations & Maintenance)

A Global AI and Manufacturing firm is seeking a AI Datacenter Field Engineer to support its rapidly growing AI data center business. This position is responsible for the operation and maintenance of data center facilities supporting AI servers and GPU servers, helping ensure stable operations, high availability, and reliability.

Responsibilities:
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot AI data center facilities, including power, cooling, and liquid cooling systems
- Conduct facility inspections, preventive maintenance, incident response, and system performance optimization
- Support the installation, testing, and deployment of infrastructure for AI servers and GPU servers
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to support facility improvements and daily operations
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, maintenance records, and service reports

Required Skills 
- Experience in data center operations and/or as a Field Engineer
- Hands-on experience maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting servers, PCs, and data center equipment
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally, including to overseas locations such as Taiwan
- Bilingual communication

Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
