Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Shanghai

Travel: Up to 10% international travel

Compensation: Executive package currently budgeted at approximately RMB 1.5m, with flexibility under review to approximately RMB 1.8m

What you'll be doing

  • Lead global financial strategy, governance and performance, partnering closely with the CEO and senior leadership on critical business decisions.

  • Oversee finance teams across China and international markets, establishing consistency, accountability and strong cross-cultural leadership.

  • Strengthen A-share listed-company governance, financial controls and scalable systems to support sustainable growth.

  • Shape strategic financial planning and provide commercially focused insight that enables senior leadership to make informed long-term decisions.

What you'll bring

  • Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience within an A-share listed company, with at least 10 years' finance and 5 years' leadership experience.

  • China CPA or ACCA qualification and a Master's degree, alongside strong knowledge of listed-company governance and capital-market requirements.

  • Significant experience across both domestic Chinese and multinational businesses, including leadership of overseas finance operations and global teams.

  • Strong B2B manufacturing experience, ideally within healthcare, nutrition & wellness, pharmaceuticals, food, medical devices, biotechnology or a related sector, supported by a stable and progressive career history.
