Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, smooth, and punctual transport services for senior management, visiting executives, and bank employees.
- Proactively plan daily routes, pick-up times, and drop-off points based on real-time traffic, weather, and business schedules to ensure timely arrivals.
- Ensure corporate vehicles are immaculate, fully charged/fueled, and in safe working condition. Conduct routine pre-trip inspections and promptly flag servicing or repair needs.
- Uphold executive etiquette at all times, maintaining strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive business discussions taking place within the vehicle.
- Licensing & Experience:
- Valid Hong Kong driving licence with an impeccable driving record.
- Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience; prior experience in corporate, executive chauffeur, or private driving roles is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Fuel Vehicles is a strong advantage.
- Geographic Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Hong Kong road networks, traffic patterns, key financial and business districts, major hotels, and parking facilities.
- Interpersonal & Professional Attributes:
- Exceptionally punctual, dependable, and capable of managing daily schedules independently.
- Strong sense of discretion, personal integrity, and respect for confidential financial/corporate information.
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance (business attire required during work hours).
- Language & Communication: Fluent spoken Cantonese , professional spoken English.
- Flexibility: Adaptable to working hours, with flexibility to accommodate occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekend assignments based on executive schedules.
