Introduction:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team as an APAC Center of Excellence (CoE) & HR Business Partner (HRBP). This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and implement HR strategies across the APAC region, working closely with both local teams and global stakeholders.


About the Role:

In this position, you will serve as the CoE for the APAC region, collaborating with HR teams, stakeholders, and the global CoE to drive key HR initiatives. You will be instrumental in developing and executing talent management frameworks, implementing HRIS systems, and reviewing compensation structures. Additionally, you will establish and promote regional HR policies, enhance regional recruitment and payroll processes, and lead various HR-related projects. As a business partner, you will provide HR operational support and address HR and labor issues within the Regional Management Division, which includes departments of up to 100 people.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management framework.
  • Oversee the implementation and integration of HRIS.
  • Review and refine compensation systems across various locations.
  • Formulate and promote common HR policies and practices for the region.
  • Drive the regional sharing of recruitment, payroll, and other HR-related functions.
  • Lead and support additional HR projects as needed.
  • Provide HR operational support and resolve HR and labor issues for assigned departments.


Requirements:

  • Experience in a business setting, with a background in global CoE or global human resources.
  • Proficiency in both English and Japanese at a business level.
  • Experience in global HR projects and a willingness to become an HRBP are desirable.
