- Safety Program Administration
- Incident Investigation & Risk Management
- Safety Audits & Inspections
- Contractor & Customer Support
- Training & Compliance
- Maintain safety records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports and safety metrics as requested.
Must-Haves
- 2+ years of EHS, Safety Coordinator, or Safety Specialist experience
- OSHA knowledge and compliance experience
- Incident investigation and root cause analysis
- Safety audits and inspections
- Risk assessments and hazard identification
- Safety documentation and reporting
- Experience working around contractors and construction activities
- Familiarity with site safety plans and pre-task planning
- Ability to enforce safety standards in active project environments
- Experience conducting or coordinating safety training
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with customers, contractors, and field personnel
- Semiconductor industry
- Clean room environments
- Industrial manufacturing facilities
- Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS)
- OSHA 30
- BCSP Certifications (CHST, OHST, ASP, GSP)
