Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of business services clients across various industries

Prepare financial statements, income tax returns, and BAS for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals

Provide proactive tax and business advisory support to SME clients

Assist clients with budgeting, cash flow management, and business performance insights

Review work prepared by junior and intermediate accountants

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication

Support process improvement initiatives and adoption of cloud-based technologies

Collaborate closely with Managers and Directors on complex client matters

Skills & Experience

CA or CPA qualified (or near completion)

Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in Australian public practice/business services

Strong knowledge of Australian tax and compliance requirements

Experience using Xero and other cloud accounting platforms

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
