About the Role:
This is a senior People & Culture Business Partner opportunity supporting a strategically important client group of approximately 400 employees across Operations and Growth functions. Reporting to the Head of People Partnering and leading a People & Culture Advisor, you will work closely with executive stakeholders and senior leadership teams to drive both strategic and operational people outcomes.
The role offers extensive exposure to senior leaders and will see you partner on organisational design, workforce planning, leadership capability, change management, employee engagement, and business transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities will include partnering with leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to business objectives, providing expert advice across complex employee and industrial relations matters, leading restructures and organisational change programs, supporting workforce planning and succession initiatives, coaching leaders through performance and capability matters, and working collaboratively with specialist Centres of Excellence.
This is a highly visible role requiring a commercially minded and credible HR professional who can influence senior stakeholders while remaining hands on across complex people matters when required.
About You:
You are an experienced Senior HR Business Partner who thrives in fast paced and evolving environments. You bring strong commercial acumen, a pragmatic approach, and a proven ability to build trusted relationships with executive and senior leadership teams. You have come from top tier commercial organisations, and exposed to regulated environments.
You will have demonstrated experience supporting complex client groups within large corporate or regulated environments and possess strong capability across organisational design, restructures, workforce planning, change management, and employee relations.

- Strong employee relations and industrial relations expertise, including investigations, performance management, disciplinary matters, and complex workplace issues.
- Experience leading transformation, organisational design, and business change initiatives.
- A strong ability to coach, influence, and challenge stakeholders while maintaining productive relationships.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship building skills.
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to utilise people insights and data to support decision making.
- A collaborative, low ego, team oriented approach and willingness to contribute wherever required.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Experience with contemporary HRIS platforms such as Workday will be highly regarded.
- Fixed term contract anticipated to run through January or February 2028.
