Key Responsibilities
- Manage the billing cycle from WIP management through cash collection
- Oversee billing activities for the Hong Kong office
- Lead e-billing submissions through client billing platforms
- Resolve billing disputes, rejections, and client queries
- Monitor aged WIP and identify billing opportunities
- Partner with lawyers, partners, and finance teams on revenue matters
