Want to work for a successful Business Coaching company? This is a Client Success Manager role, that acts as an extension to the Business Coaches to support clients and help them win by having the tough conversations when needed, keeping clients accountable to their goals and using all the resources and problem solving at your disposal.
The role is working with existing clients and onboarding new clients. The role is fast paced, varied and will evolve over time as the business continues to grow.
The business serves the Trades & Construction industry (up to $50M) and is dynamic, values driven, and most of all, they have been successful with a strong brand identity in the market.
HQ is in the Newcastle region but the role can be remote with occasional office visits on special occasions and 1 week initial onboarding.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Typically 10 –15 pre booked meetings (15 mins) per day with clients to talk through their progress, challenges, and keep them on track and accountable.
- Onboarding new clients and full introduction to the business and the coaching platform & resources available
- Running the full renewal and re‑sign process with consistent follow‑up
- Coordinating/booking in with the coaches so they always have context and visibility
- Supporting the overall client experience so every client feels genuinely looked after
- KPI’s/Targets and OTE will mainly revolve around client retention and satisfaction.
- Clients vary in size all the way up to some doing over $50M
