• Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time for approximately 300 employees.
• Help manage workers’ compensation, benefits and fringe benefit requirements.
• Maintain compliance across multiple states and employee populations.
• Create stability and continuity across essential payroll and employee administration functions.

• Hands-on payroll experience with the ability to independently manage day-to-day processing and issue resolution.
• Experience supporting benefits, workers’ compensation and fringe benefit administration.
• Multi-state payroll experience
• Acquisition or employee integration experience strongly preferred.
• Union payroll experience is helpful but not required.
• Detail-oriented, responsive and comfortable working in a lean, growing organization.
