Digital Designer
Blackburn (Hybrid) | $53 per hour + Super | 38 Hours per Week

An exciting opportunity is available for a talented Digital Designer to join a busy Communications team within a Victorian public sector organisation.
Working across strategic projects and day-to-day communications, you'll create engaging visual content that supports campaigns, publications, stakeholder engagement, and organisational initiatives.
This role is ideal for a creative professional who enjoys balancing hands-on design work with larger-scale projects.

You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital and print materials while ensuring a consistent and professional brand experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing publications, reports, presentations and multi-page documents.
• Creating engaging digital assets, graphics, infographics and branded collateral.
• Supporting the delivery of major projects, frameworks, plans and strategic initiatives.
• Maintaining and implementing brand guidelines across a range of communications.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver creative and effective design solutions.
• Managing multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

About You To be successful, you will have:

• Demonstrated experience in graphic and digital design.
• Strong experience developing publications and complex multi-page documents.
• Experience supporting larger-scale projects and strategic initiatives.
• Proven brand management and brand implementation experience.
• Advanced skills across Adobe Creative Suite and related design tools.
• Strong visual communication, layout and typography skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• A creative mindset coupled with strong attention to detail.

Requirements Successful candidates will be required to provide:

• Two professional references.
• A current National Police Check completed within the last three months.
