Key Responsibilities
- Prepare sales quotations, invoices, reports, and other business documents
- Coordinate customer orders and follow up on delivery schedules and contract-related matters
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity within internal systems
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and overseas counterparts on operational matters
- Assist in coordinating internal and external communications
- Support travel arrangements and other ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline
- Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Detail-minded, organized, and able to work independently
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Experience in sales administration, order processing, or contract administration is an advantage
