Data Analyst (Power BI)

A Global FMCG Company is accelerating its digital transformation journey. To achieve this, it is looking for a mid-level Data Analyst who will play a key role in turning data into actionable insights to support business decisions and deepen understanding of the Japan market portfolio. In this role, you will work with both internal and external data, helping stakeholders make smarter, data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Extract data from internal systems and relevant external sources
- Clean, prepare, and transform data for analysis
- Translate business needs into data-driven insights
- Validate business logic and test hypotheses using data
- Build understanding of Japan’s tobacco market and product portfolio
- Apply business context to interpret analytical results
- Create clear and compelling insights using data visualization and presentations
- Ensure analytical accuracy by validating assumptions and data integrity

Required Skills:
- Mid-level Data Analyst (4–6 years) with experience translating user requirements into insights and business recommendations
- Strong BI and analytics skills using Power BI, Excel (Pivot, Power Query), and PowerPoint for analysis and storytelling
- Solid technical skills in SQL (data extraction) and Python (data cleaning, automation)

Working Style: Work from Home 2-3days,
