QUALITY TECHNICIAN – 3RD SHIFT

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our manufacturing team on 3rd shift. The Quality Technician is responsible for inspecting products, identifying quality issues, completing documentation, and ensuring products meet established specifications and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality inspections throughout the production process.
  • Inspect finished products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies.
  • Use measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify product specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
  • Perform dimensional and visual inspections.
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
  • Identify and report quality issues to supervisors and production personnel.
  • Assist with investigating defects and determining the cause of quality problems.
  • Perform routine audits and quality checks on the production floor.
  • Help ensure production procedures and quality standards are followed.
  • Communicate quality concerns effectively with the production and management teams.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to read measurements and use basic inspection tools.
  • Basic computer and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required in a manufacturing environment.
  • Must be willing and able to work 3rd shift.

Schedule: 3rd Shift
Pay: $21.50 per hour
