Overview:
Are you a tech-savvy finance professional with a passion for systems support and process improvement? We are seeking a dedicated Financial Systems Support Analyst to join our innovative Business Technology team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the main point of contact for end-user support, troubleshooting, and system administration across our enterprise financial landscape. Your expertise will help maintain seamless functionality of key financial applications, support cross-team collaborations, and contribute to continuous system enhancements—all while working remotely across all US time zones. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical skills and finance knowledge in a dynamic, fast-paced environment for an initial 6-month contract.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years supporting core finance and accounting systems in a corporate setting
• Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct, Coupa, SAP Concur, BlackLine, Gappify, Avalara, or similar ERP and finance platforms
• Proficiency in managing support tickets using Jira or Jira Service Management
• Strong understanding of finance processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Tax Compliance
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead stakeholder meetings and facilitate cross-functional alignment
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot system issues, manage user roles/access, and coordinate vendor activities
• Familiarity with SOX compliance, RBAC, and security profiles

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with platform upgrades, releases, and defect tracking with third-party vendors
• Knowledge of finance automation tools like BlackLine, Avalara, or Gappify
• Ability to analyze Jira metrics and translate data into actionable insights
• Prior experience leading backlog grooming and process improvement forums

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• 4+ years of experience in supporting financial systems within a corporate environment
• Proven track record managing enterprise financial application support across multiple US time zones

• This position is fully remote, offering flexibility to support all US time zones
• Ability to participate in scheduled meetings and forums during US business hours
• Willingness to adapt to project needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors
