Senior Accountant

Make an Impact Beyond the Numbers! Join a dynamic Finance team where your accounting expertise will play a key role in driving accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and better business decisions. As a Senior Accountant, you’ll take ownership of critical accounting and reporting functions—from month-end close and financial analysis to statutory reporting and consolidation while partnering closely with Finance leadership and teams across the organization.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with general ledger accounting, month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement analysis.
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and the ability to independently research and resolve accounting issues.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working within an ERP-based accounting environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical reporting deadlines.

Preferred: CPA or progress toward CPA, Epicor experience, financial consolidation/multi-entity reporting, IFRS or GAAP-to-IFRS experience, multinational accounting experience, or BlackLine/close-management software experience.

Duties:

• Lead key month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Analyze financial activity, investigate variances and unusual transactions, and translate findings into accurate accounting adjustments.
• Own statutory financial reporting through an Epicor-based reporting environment, ensuring financial statements and supporting reports are accurate and reconciled.
• Support monthly consolidation and GAAP-to-IFRS reporting, including intercompany activity, adjustment schedules, and quarterly reporting packages.
• Partner with Finance leadership, auditors, and operational teams on reporting, controls, process improvements, and special accounting projects.

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
