About the Role
Join a Tier 1 gold mining operation with a strong reputation for safety, reliability, and long-term production in Western Australia's Goldfields. This is a great opportunity to secure a FIFO contract with a leading gold mining operation, offering competitive rates and consistent rostered work.
Working as part of the fixed plant maintenance team, you'll be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting critical processing equipment to ensure maximum plant reliability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform planned and breakdown maintenance across fixed plant equipment
- Diagnose and fault-find electrical issues efficiently
- Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance activities
- Complete repairs in accordance with site safety and maintenance procedures
- Work collaboratively with maintenance and operations teams to minimise downtime
- Accurately complete maintenance documentation and reports
About You
- Current WA Electrical Licence
- HV Switching Ticket
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Current National Police Clearance
- Minimum 12 months' experience in fixed plant electrical maintenance within mining or heavy industry
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- A commitment to safety and working within a team environment
