We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our manufacturing team. This role is a Floater position responsible for assembling, inspecting, packaging, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining quality standards and a safe work environment. The ideal candidate has previous manufacturing experience, can read technical drawings, and has recent forklift experience or current forklift certification

Essential Responsibilities:
- Pack components according to quality and production standards using various tools.
- Hang and remove components from the paint line as directed.
- Assemble products according to Bills of Materials (BOMs) and work instructions.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and production documentation.
- Perform final quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
- Stack finished painted products for material handling.
- Safely operate hand tools, hand trucks, and other production equipment.
- Complete 5S housekeeping responsibilities to maintain an organized workspace.
- Accurately document material usage and production records.
- Select and position appropriate paint hooks with proper spacing for various products.
- Complete final product assembly and packaging for shipment.
- Scan production routers into the company's business software.
- Document materials used for each production order.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1–3 years of manufacturing or related industry experience preferred.
- Current forklift certification or recent forklift operating experience required.
- Ability to read a tape measure and interpret technical drawings.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques.
- Basic math skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to identify products that do not meet quality standards.
- Understanding of product labeling and quality paint finishes.
- Proficiency with hand tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to remain focused while managing multiple tasks and interruptions.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following all company policies.
