The ideal candidate will be experienced with:
Bulk cooking, work in a professional kitchen, food safety platform, and HACCP. Have a reliable transport and willing to drive to and from site.

All shortlisted personnel must be able to attend a face-to-face or zoom interview and pass a full pre-employment medical as well as drug & alcohol testing prior to employment.

- Chef Trade Certificate (Minimum of Cert III in Commercial Cookery or higher) MUST
- National Police Clearance (Within 6 months) MUST
- Right to Work in Australia- MUST
- White Card(advantageous)
- Standard S11 certificate (advantageous)
- COAL BOARD MEDICAL (advantageous)
- ISI Induction (advantageous)
- 4wd certificate (advantageous)
- AU DRIVERS LICENCE
