Key Responsibilities

As the Customer Service Administrator, your duties will include:

  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating service arrangements with customers.
  • Managing customer enquiries via telephone and email, providing updates throughout the process.
  • Liaising with suppliers and third-party partners to obtain information and progress outstanding requests.
  • Handling incoming calls, directing enquiries and ensuring customers receive a high level of service.
  • Processing customer information and maintaining accurate records across multiple systems.
  • Obtaining and checking relevant documentation to ensure all administration is completed correctly.
  • Resolving customer concerns professionally, including managing service delays or unexpected issues.
  • Monitoring ongoing customer cases and providing regular progress updates.
  • Working across several web-based systems simultaneously while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • Supporting colleagues with general administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the office.

About You

To be successful in this Customer Service Administrator role, you'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience within a customer service or administration position.
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence handling a high volume of telephone calls.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook and experience using CRM or database systems.
  • The ability to work across multiple systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • A calm, resilient approach when dealing with challenging situations or difficult conversations.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to make informed decisions.
  • The ability to prioritise workload and perform well in a busy office environment.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport due to the location of the business.
