Registered Manager Enfield, North London £70,000 - £75,000 + Benefits The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established care service in Enfield. This is a pivotal leadership role within a quality-focused organisation that is committed to delivering outstanding care and achieving excellence in everything it does. You will have full operational and regulatory responsibility for the home, leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional person-centred care while ensuring compliance, commercial performance, and continuous service improvement. This role would suit an established Registered Manager seeking a new challenge or a high-performing Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities Provide visible, inspirational leadership and create a positive, high-performing culture Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, maintaining and enhancing service quality Champion person-centred care, dignity, independence, and resident wellbeing Oversee safeguarding, risk management, governance, and quality assurance processes Manage occupancy, budgets, and overall operational performance Recruit, develop, and retain a skilled and motivated workforce Build strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practice across the service Lead the home with accountability, professionalism, and a genuine passion for care About You Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a residential or nursing care setting Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop successful teams Commercially aware with experience managing budgets, occupancy, and performance targets Passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills Committed to driving positive outcomes for residents, staff, and the wider organisation What's on Offer?
