An established cancer program in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, is seeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist with a focus in malignant hematology to join its growing team and help expand access to specialized cancer care throughout North Idaho.



Position Highlights:

  • Develop a focused malignant hematology practice within an established regional cancer program
  • Treat patients with lymphoma, leukemia, multiple myeloma, myelodysplastic syndromes, myeloproliferative neoplasms and other hematologic malignancies
  • Opportunity to maintain a component of general hematology/oncology based on clinical interests and practice needs
  • Build a growing referral base and serve as a trusted resource for complex hematologic cases
  • Collaborate with pathology, radiology, pharmacy, infusion, radiation oncology and supportive care teams
  • Coordinate with transplant, cellular therapy and tertiary referral programs when specialized services are needed
  • Help strengthen clinical pathways for diagnosis, treatment selection, monitoring and supportive care
  • Opportunity to participate in clinical trials and research aligned with professional interests
  • Have a meaningful voice in the continued development of malignant hematology services for a growing regional population



Qualifications:

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology
  • Completion of an accredited Hematology/Oncology fellowship
  • Clinical interest or expertise in malignant hematology
  • Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered cancer care
  • Interest in multidisciplinary collaboration and developing specialized hematology services
