Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance and support to Department Head and the department
- Assist in daily IT project operations and progress tracking to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as per request
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in administration, preferably in banking and financial services industry
- Strong planning, organisation and numeracy skills, attention to details and ability to multitask
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced digitalized environment
- Team player and proactive in supporting the team
- Self-motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
