With a strong foundation already in place, the business is seeking a Safety Manager to continue the evolution of its safety function and drive ongoing improvement across operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the organisation's health and safety function across corporate, operational and property activities
- Partner with leaders to embed a proactive and people focused safety culture
- Conduct risk assessments and facilitate hazard identification and control processes
- Manage incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions
- Support the ongoing development of safety frameworks, policies and procedures
- Drive continuous improvement across safety systems, governance and reporting
- Deliver coaching, training and safety leadership initiatives across the business
- Monitor legislative requirements and support compliance obligations
- Provide practical advice and support to stakeholders at all levels
- Contribute to the ongoing maturity of the organisation's safety strategy and performance

You'll Bring
- Experience leading health and safety programs within property, infrastructure, aviation, facilities, industrial or similar environments
- Strong knowledge of safety legislation, risk management and governance frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Experience managing safety systems, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong communication, coaching and relationship building skills
- A pragmatic and solutions focused approach to safety leadership
- Ability to work autonomously while building strong internal partnerships
- Relevant qualifications within health, safety or a related discipline
- Stable and financially strong organisation with excellent governance
