Position Overview
The role ensures customers achieve their desired outcomes while using the company’s products or services. It drives product adoption, strengthens relationships, and enhances satisfaction to maximise retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Onboarding: Help new customers understand and successfully use the product.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction.
- Product Adoption & Training: Provide guidance and support to maximise product usage.
- Proactive Engagement: Anticipate customer needs and address issues before they arise.
- Renewals & Retention: Work to reduce churn and increase customer loyalty.
- Cross-Selling & Upselling: Identify opportunities to offer additional services or upgrades.
- Feedback & Improvement: Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams for product enhancements.
Key Requirements

Qualifications & Experience Experience in medical sales or insurance is an advantage.

Technical / Functional Expertise Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
