Mortgage Broking Assistant
As the Mortgage Broking Assistant, I am responsible for supporting our Finance and Mortgage Broker throughout all facets of the lending process whilst providing our clients with excellent customer service
Key Duties
• Meet with clients in conjunction with our Broker to assist with creation and implementation of new loan structures
• Management and data entry of client information into our client management system ACT
• Undertake loan pre-assessment calculations to ensure credit worthiness
• Preparation of credit documents for submission to the credit team for approval
• Lodgment of loan applications via Podium and Apply-on-line
• Following the loan process from initial application through to settlement by liaising with key stakeholders to achieve a positive outcome in a timely manner
• Provide a high level of customer service to clients keeping them updated throughout the process
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, accountants and other appropriate third parties regarding mortgage applications
• Handle general client enquiries
• Provide post settlement support for clients
• Ensure compliance obligations are being met
