About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Field Surveyor to join a growing team delivering a range of land development and civil infrastructure projects. Working alongside project managers, engineers, and construction teams, you will be responsible for carrying out field surveys, set-outs, and data collection to support project delivery from commencement through to completion.

We are seeking an experienced Field Surveyor to join a growing team delivering a range of land development and civil infrastructure projects. Working alongside project managers, engineers, and construction teams, you will be responsible for carrying out field surveys, set-outs, and data collection to support project delivery from commencement through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field surveys for land development and civil construction projects.
- Perform construction set-out and as-constructed surveys.
- Collect, process, and validate survey data.
- Establish and maintain survey control networks.
- Prepare survey reports and documentation.
- Liaise with site supervisors, engineers, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure all survey activities are completed safely and accurately.
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure calibration requirements are met.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Field Surveyor position.
- Experience working on land development, subdivisions, and civil infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in the use of Topcon survey equipment, including GPS and robotic total stations.
- Experience using MAGNET software for survey data management and processing.
- Strong understanding of construction set-out procedures and survey methodologies.
- Ability to interpret engineering and design plans.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Current driver's licence.
- Relevant surveying qualification preferred.
