We’re looking for experienced Civil Labourers to join leading civil contractors delivering subdivisions, bulk earthworks, drainage, and road construction projects across North & Western Melbourne.
This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable civil labourers seeking consistent, long-term work with genuine career progression opportunities.
We have multiple sites in Werribee, Melton,Caroline Springs,Donnybrook and Craigieburn
What We Offer:
• Work with reputable Victorian civil contractors across major growth corridors
• Ongoing long-term projects in Mickleham, Craigieburn, Donnybrook, Truganina, Tarneit, Melton & surrounding areas
• Opportunities to upskill and gain additional tickets (Roller, Skid Steer, Excavator, Spotter)
• Consistent 45–55 hour weeks with competitive market rates
• Temp-to-perm opportunities with pay reviews at 3 and 6 months
• Career progression into Machine Operator or Leading Hand roles
Your Day-to-Day Duties:
• Assisting with bulk earthworks and subdivision works
• Pit & pipe installation and drainage labouring
• Road boxing and subgrade preparation
• Kerb & channel preparation and concrete works
• Spotting machinery and assisting operators
• General site clean-up and manual handling
• Typical hours: 6:30am–5:00pm, 5–6 days per week
What You’ll Need:
• Previous civil labouring experience (subdivisions highly regarded)
• White Card (essential)
• Driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Ability to work in fast-paced civil environments
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Additional tickets (Roller, Skid Steer, Spotter) highly regarded but not essential
This is a TEMP TO PERM opportunity with structured performance reviews at 3 and 6 months.
