Job Position:
- You will help provide technical support for installations , new product rollout, and ongoing technical issues resolution. This will include configuring and installing state of the art edge and cloud system hardware, software and networking. In addition, you will help support system maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, recovery and repair, and installation of these highly sophisticated systems
- This is a role for candidates who want to progress into field sales or enter more technically focused jobs.
- This position reports to the CTO.
Requirements/Background:
- The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in traffic devices and systems operations with experience in a similar technical support or field operations role.
- A degree in a related field such as electrical/civil/mechanical engineering, computer science, or transportation planning is preferred.
- Experience with Linux, networking, servers, routers, trouble management mandatory.
Responsibilities include:
Help install, maintain, and support state of the art edge and cloud system hardware, software, and networking including:
- Assembling GPU servers, loading and testing software
- Walking customers through installation and resolving issues
- Create and maintain process documents including trouble shooting guides
- Provide support for system maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and recovery and repair

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
