Power Platform Service Coordinator

Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365 to let business teams build their own solutions. With that growth comes a need for strong governance. This role sits in the central Power Platform Team and is the go-to person for business users, makers and vendors, making sure solutions are onboarded, deployed and supported the right way. You'll free up the technical specialists to focus on strategy and security, while you run the operational side.

- Own governance for Power Platform, Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365 across the whole organisation
- Build the Power BI reporting that leadership uses to track adoption, compliance and risk
- Coordination, not delivery, no project deadlines, just a well-run platform

What you'll be doing
- Guiding business teams and vendors through onboarding, governance reviews and production readiness
- Keeping the Solution Catalogue, approvals and support arrangements accurate and complete
- Running audits, compliance reviews and remediation actions through to close
- Building Power BI dashboards on adoption, compliance, environment health and service performance
- Coordinating governance forums and stakeholder meetings
- Spotting and driving improvements to governance processes and automation
- Governance, compliance, audit or operational coordination experience in a technology environment
- Power BI reporting and dashboard development
- Strong stakeholder engagement with business users and vendors
- Clear written communication and meeting facilitation
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping detail
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (highly regarded)
