Operations Manager

Location: Tipperary/Midlands

An established and growing Irish business is seeking an experienced General & Operations Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of its operations.

This is a senior leadership role suited to someone with a proven track record of managing people, driving operational performance, and improving business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the business.
• Manage warehouse, production and office teams.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, performance management and employee development.
• Ensure operational KPIs, customer service and quality standards are achieved.
• Manage budgets, purchasing, inventory and operational costs.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes, productivity and profitability.
• Maintain high Health & Safety standards.
• Work closely with senior leadership to deliver business objectives.

About You

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior operations, general management or business leadership role.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
• Hands-on leader with excellent decision-making, organisational and people management skills.
• Stable career history demonstrating progression into senior leadership.
• Experience with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage.
