This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous account management experience who enjoys building strong customer relationships, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities.
Youll play a key role in managing your own customer portfolio, becoming a trusted point of contact for clients, and working closely with the wider sales team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
The role is a full-time permanent position based in Leeds.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and developing existing customer accounts
Building strong, long-term relationships with clients
Acting as the main point of contact to understand and support customer needs
Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and generate new business
Handling customer enquiries and supporting sales opportunities
Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver a high level of service
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous Internal Sales / Account Management experience (essential)
A strong track record of building and maintaining customer relationships
Experience working towards and achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Whats on Offer:
Salary of £29,000 - £30,000 per annum + bonus
